// A technical studio

Most vendor relationships are zero sum. Ours isn't.

API integration, website builds, and consulting — engineered so your win is the only outcome that pays off for both of us.

Only one cell pays off for both sides. That's the one I optimize for — shipped, maintained, and yours.

// What I do

Three ways I plug into your stack.

Scoped tight, priced clearly, and built to outlive the engagement.

SVC_01

API integration

Connecting the systems that don't talk to each other yet — payments, auth, data, third-party services.

  • Stripe, Supabase, webhooks
  • Server-side, not client-trusted
  • Retries, logging, real error states
SVC_02

Website builds

Fast, responsive sites and front-ends that deploy clean and don't rot six months later.

  • React / static, Vercel-deployed
  • Mobile-first, accessible
  • Yours to own and edit
SVC_03

Consulting

A second set of eyes on architecture, stack choices, and the decisions that are expensive to undo.

  • Build-vs-buy calls
  • Stack & cost review
  • Working sessions, not slide decks
// The metric that matters

I don't sell revenue. I build what survives the P&L.

Revenue is a vanity line — it looks great on a slide and says nothing about whether the business is actually healthier. Every build I take on is scoped against the only numbers that count: net contribution and the velocity of your capital turnover. If it doesn't move net-net or tighten the loop, it doesn't ship.

Real-world, not theory — I drove net-profit work inside Mercedes-Benz operations.

Net, not top-line

Measured in profit

Scoped against what lands after costs — not the headline number that flatters a deck.

Capital velocity

The same dollar, working more

Shorter cycles and faster turnover, so your capital does more laps a year.

No vanity metrics

Only decision-changing numbers

If a metric doesn't change what you'd do next, it doesn't go on the dashboard.

// Who you work with

No account managers. No handoffs. You talk to the person writing the code.
